The retreat was absolutely fantastic! As a mum with a baby at home it was much needed and the day was the perfect amount of time. It was wonderful to be able to have a day of relaxation and escapism but also be given lots of tips and techniques to be able to recreate these moments at home when little pockets of time allow. I can’t thank you both enough for a wonderful day and I am already looking forward to the next one!
